![]() Could you try this with a different 5" PID Tuning has been there from the start, we recently removed it (1 week ago) because we are going to be improving that experience. However there are many more forces at play including Torque and motor spin up, which is modeled in the game (if you look at the video, look at motor outputs to see the motors going opposite to fight inertia of What quad were you flying in this video? If its the racer 3 this is pretty standard behavior, its a big heavy quad and the Tornado T2s do not have enough torque to stop the Yaw instantly as you would find in higher end and lighter set ups. However, this is by no means a cop out, we are still working to improve the default physics to simulate reality to the best of our ability.Īs Wyatt stated, this is a PID Tuning issue, we have removed PID tuning from the game since the last updated (about a week ago) to revise and clean it up. I can’t help you with how you were treated by my predecessor but I can at least try to voice your concerns to the team and see if I can get them addressed.Īs far as the physics go, I can assure you that there is gravity and that there are physics in the game, the physics panel is there as a way for users to change what they don’t feel is right about the game and make it something that is best for them. There is no pretending that we’re trying to fix thing, we are working day after day trying to tweak and tune different components of the game to improve the experience. We are a fairly small team as far as games go and I know it seems like requests like these can be lost or ignored but we do listen to feedback and try to address issues with the game. I'm sorry that the sim in its current state is not up to your expectations but we are in the process of trying to fix the PIDs and other components of the physics engine.
